THERE IS ONE BODY, THE BODY OF GOD, AND IT IS SPIRITUAL

I know that as there is one Mind, that Mind is God and that Mind is my mind. So also there is one body, that Body is spiritual and that Body is my body. So, every organ, every function, every action and reaction of my body is in harmony with the divine creative Spirit. I have both “the mind of Christ” and the body of God.

I live in the one Mind and act through the one body, in accord with divine harmony, perfection and poise. Every organ of my body moves in accord with perfect harmony. The Divine circulates through me automatically, spontaneously and perfectly. Every atom of my being is animated by the Divine Perfection.

My body, and every part of it, is made of pure substance – God. It cannot deteriorate. This instant this infinite substance within me, that is constantly flowing through me, takes form in the likeness of perfect, whole, complete cells. My body (Spirit in form) know no time, knows no degree; it know only to express fully, instantaneously. The perfect Life of God now expresses through me, and every part of my body express its innate perfection and wholeness.

I AM HEALED

My faith makes me whole. According to my faith it is done unto me. I know that I am a whole person. I am balanced and strong on every level – spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical. The life force flows through me and heals me.

My health is evidence of my wholeness. I keep ever before me the image of myself the way I really am – healthy, strong, and whole. God is Infinite Wholeness. I am made in the image and likeness of God. I am perfect, even as my Father in heaven is perfect.

I become still and know that the Power within me is God. The life-giving Power of Spirit flows through me, healing and strengthening me on every level of my being. I am attuned to the Perfect Pattern that resides in the center of my being. I am in harmony with eternal Laws. Divine Love, in and through me, heals my soul, my mind, my heart, and my body.

The processes of restoration and regeneration are at work within and through me. I am cleansed and purified in my consciousness and in my body. I am aware of the creative forces and energies of my life. Creative Mind works through my mind. Right Action is taking place. I keep my heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life. My subconscious is cleansed of all negative feeling, false belief, and destructive memory. My consciousness is filled with faith, with love, and with truth.

I give thanks for my wholeness today. I am filled with the vital energy of life. I realize and express my dynamic potential. The free, full flow of Life is surging through my being. I am healed by the action of God’s wholeness in my life and in my being.

I am whole. I am healed. I am.

I CHOOSE TO BE HEALTHY

Because I believe in God, one infinite power of perfection, Mind takes this belief and creates for me and as me an experience of perfect life. Because I am God’s means to think, I choose to live my life fully at all times. I choose to be healthy because I love my Self. I eternally choose to live each moment as perfection, success and power, and so, I always know and live limitless energy, enthusiasm and joy.

I accept each challenge as it comes along, knowing always that there is that within me that is equal to each and every one. I choose to be at one with the forward flow of life and so I choose to be healthy. There is nothing that I cannot do, and I am actively aware of this Truth always. I do not seek to avoid living. On the contrary, I eagerly embrace life and all that life is, and so, I choose to be healthy. Great golden opportunities are mine, and I embrace each and every one because I know that I not only deserve them, but am equipped to handle them all. I choose to be healthy.

I am the health of Self-acceptance always in action.

I HAVE A PERFECT BODY

There is one body. It is spiritual. It is perfect and harmonious in every organ, tissue, and function. This is my body now and the only body I have, can have, or will have.

This understanding delivers me from any belief in a two-system: two minds—spiritual and human; two bodies—spiritual and physical; two ways of life—the spiritually harmonious and the materially disordered. I accept my freedom as the perfect function of the One Divine Causation. This source of life is Creative Mind. This Mind creates the physical and material aspects of the “me.”

There fore, I am a continuity of the spiritual ideas of life, wholeness, vigor, circulation. There is no other me and nothing to claim my own except the health of the One Source made visible.

The opinions and beliefs of mankind have no hold on me. I dissolve these with the solvent of Truth. I rest in the certainty of well-being. My life is ongoing and my body is Life’s temple.
